1. Information We Collect

We collect account registration data (name, email address, company name, billing information) provided when you sign up for AdsTrackify services. When tracking clicks and conversions on behalf of our customers, we process technical parameters such as IP addresses (pseudonymized for geo-location lookup), user agent strings, timestamps, and customer-defined macro parameters (SubIDs).

2. How We Use Data

Data processed by AdsTrackify is strictly utilized to:

• Attribute affiliate clicks, conversions, and payouts accurately
• Detect and filter out fraudulent bot traffic, proxies, and duplicate conversions
• Provide real-time analytics dashboards and automated CSV/PDF reporting
• Send critical system notifications and security alerts

3. Data Ownership & Third-Party Sharing

You own 100% of your campaign data. AdsTrackify does not sell, rent, monetize, or share your campaign traffic, affiliate lists, or financial data with any third parties or competitors.

4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Users have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting our Data Protection Officer at privacy@adstrackify.com.

5. Security Standards

All communication is encrypted via TLS 1.3 / SSL. Data stored in our database clusters is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
