1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "You") and AdsTrackify ("AdsTrackify", "We", "Us", or "Our"). By registering an account, connecting tracking domains, or utilizing our performance marketing and campaign tracking platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Provision of Service & SLA

AdsTrackify provides cloud-based tracking software, server-to-server postback routing, traffic capping, and anti-fraud analysis. We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for tracking redirection endpoints. Scheduled maintenance will be announced with prior notice whenever possible.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful activities, including distributing malware, trojans, phishing pages, ransomware, or conducting unauthorized denial of service attacks. We reserve the right to suspend any account violating compliance standards immediately.

4. Subscriptions, Invoicing & Cancellations

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting support. No long-term lock-in contracts apply unless explicitly stipulated in an Enterprise Master Agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AdsTrackify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from ad network downtime, third-party carrier failures, or traffic discrepancies caused by advertiser landing page outages.
